Vegan Parmesan

​This vegan Parmesan recipe can keep fresh for up to 3 months in a freezer, in a well-sealed bag. If not frozen, it is best being used on the day. No cooking required.

Dietary requirements: Dairy-free, Egg-free, Halal, Kosher, Vegan


  • 4 tbsp nuts
  • 4 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 4 tbsp flax seed
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp thyme or rosemary (fresh if possible)


Not a recipe that needs measuring because it’s pretty much equal parts of nuts, yeast flakes, flax seed then add ½ tsp onion powder and ½ tsp of thyme or rosemary.




If adding flaxseed then the mixture is best used on the day, or frozen.

Can keep fresh for up to 3 months in a freezer in a well-sealed bag.
