Otherwise known as Guacamole, this rich and nutritious dip makes an excellent starter, dip or sandwich filling. Or try serving it with chunks of raw vegetables such as celery, cucumber, carrot, red pepper. Wholemeal pitta bread strips or rice cakes are also good.
