Walnut Pâté

Dietary requirements: Egg-free, Wheat-free

Ingredients

  • 225g/8oz walnuts
  • 200g/7oz crème fraiche
  • 1 large clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Lemon juice and seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind the walnuts to a fine consistency.
  2. Add the crème fraiche, garlic and parsley and mix well.
  3. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with strips of toast.
