Dorota has been a vegetarian for 25 years. With a strong interest in healthy vegetarian lifestyles, she has been a longstanding member of the Vegetarian Society UK. She works as a Compliance Manager at a hedge fund based in London, and prior to that for 10 years she was a University Teaching Fellow at the University College London. Both her current and past roles included bookkeeping duties.
