Chris is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant with over 12 years post qualification experience. He has spent most of his career in a variety of Civil Service roles working in audit, assurance and regulation.
He is a former governor of Fairfield Road Primary School in Greater Manchester and former member of the Independent Monitoring Board of HMP Risley.
He has been vegetarian since childhood.
