Ingredients
- 1 tin cooked chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 medium potato, cooked
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 dsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Flour for coating
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Mash chickpeas with garlic and potato.
- Add parsley, soya sauce, lemon juice and seasoning.
- Mix well and roll mixture into croquette shapes in the flour.
- Leave in the fridge for 1 hour if possible.
- Fry gently in oil until golden brown on all sides.
