Ingredients
- 350g/12oz mashed potatoes
- 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 25g/1oz vegan margarine
- 100g/4oz walnuts, ground
- 50g/2oz cashew nuts, ground
- 1 tsp yeast extract
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- Seasoning
- 1 tsp soya flour
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Peel and chop the onion finely and cook in the margarine until the onion is lightly brown and tender.
- Add the mashed potatoes and all the other ingredients. Leave to cool.
- Shape into rissoles and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
