Ingredients
- Half a large banana
- 20g/3/4 oz sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp nut or seed butter (peanut, almond, cashew etc)
- 1 tsp raisins, dried cranberries or currants
Instructions
- Mash banana well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- If you prefer a completely smooth spread, blend everything together.
- Serve at once on bread, toast, rice or oatcakes – or a gluten-free alternative.
