Dietary requirements: Egg-free, Halal, Kosher, Vegan (with substitutions)
- 45g/1 1/2 oz penne or fusilli (cooked potato or rice are suitable alternatives)
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise* (vegan mayonnaise is available)
- 1/4 finely chopped onion
- 1 stick celery – finely chopped
- 1 small chopped tomato
- Chopped watercress or mixed fresh herbs
- 1/4 chopped red pepper
- Cook the pasta according to instructions.
- Add the onion to the mayonnaise and mix this into the pasta with the remaining ingredients.
- Season with celery, salt, pepper and lovage leaves (optional).
