Banana and Peanut Butter Fortified Milkshake
This simple fortified milkshake can be made with any plant-based milk. Adding smooth peanut butter adds protein and calories. For a sweeter taste, add a little extra maple syrup, and for a richer flavour add a few drops of vanilla extract.
- 500ml chilled sweetened soya milk or unsweetened with a little dash of maple syrup
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Simply blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
