Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 4

Dietary requirements: Dairy-free, Egg-free, Vegan


  • 170g firm silken tofu
  • 2–3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vegan milk of choice
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • juice of ½ a lime

Toppings (optional)

  • Selection of your favourite chopped nuts
  • Vegan dark chocolate shards


1. Blend all the ingredients together (except the chopped nuts).

2. Pour mixture into a bowl and store in fridge.

3. When serving, sprinkle over with chopped nuts or shards of dark chocolate.
