Ingredients
- 400g/14oz salad potatoes, cut in half
- 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- ½ tsp vinegar
- ½ tsp French mustard
- 1 spring onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes and drain.
- Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard together and mix into the potatoes. No need for them to cool first.
- Place it into your serving dish and garnish with the spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.
