Sweet Kombu and Ginger Tea

Dietary requirements: Dairy-free, Egg-free, Gluten-free, Vegan, Wheat-free

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 piece dried kombu seaweed
  • 1 pinch kelp
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 4 tsp coconut or granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil water
  2. Remove from heat, add ingredients and stir.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes to brew.
  4. Pass through a strainer to serve.
