Vegan Batter Mix

For pancakes, toad in the hole, etc.

Dietary requirements: Dairy-free, Egg-free, Halal, Kosher, Vegan

Ingredients

  • 3oz/75g plain flour
  • 1oz/25g soya flour
  • 100ml soya milk

Instructions

  1. Beat the ingredients together in a bowl. Add more milk to desired consistency.
  2. Leave to stand in fridge for 20 minutes.
