Mushroom and Cheese Savoury

Ingredients

  • 60g/2.5oz rice
  • 60g/2.5oz vegan margarine
  • 120g/4.5oz mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 120g/4.5oz vegan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil rice as normal.
  2. Gently fry the onion and mushroom in the margarine until the onion is soft.
  3. Grate the cheese and mix together with the rice, onions and mushrooms, curry powder and seasoning.
  4. Put in greased casserole and bake at 150°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.
