- Flesh of 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 80ml or 1/3 cup almond or soy milk
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
