Pasta Salad

Dietary requirements: Egg-free, Halal, Kosher, Vegan (with substitutions)


  • 45g/1 1/2 oz penne or fusilli (cooked potato or rice are suitable alternatives)
  • 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise* (vegan mayonnaise is available)
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1 stick celery – finely chopped
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • Chopped watercress or mixed fresh herbs
  • 1/4 chopped red pepper


  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions.
  2. Add the onion to the mayonnaise and mix this into the pasta with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Season with celery, salt, pepper and lovage leaves (optional).
