Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Easy to make, no cook, rich and healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flesh of 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 80ml or 1/3 cup almond or soy milk
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Refrigerate until chilled.
