Limited Veganuary offer – save 20% on Premium VfL membership

We're halfway through Veganuary and it's the perfect time to get thinking about how well your care home caters for vegans and vegetarians (veg*ns). VfL offers a wealth of support, from publications such as our Vegan Rescue Pack and Nutrition Guide, through to various training options.

Our UK List offers a basic free listing promoting care homes and other organisations that cater well for older veg*ns.

If you are part of a care home that goes above and beyond to cater well and ethically for veg*ns, then our Premium Accredited option is for you. We are currently offering a 20% Veganuary discount on our one-off membership fees, so it's the perfect time to join other reputable care home chains such as HC-One.

• Unlimited access to our 'Care Catering for Older Vegetarians and Vegans' webinar series for your entire organisation. Certificated and British Dietetic Association accredited. RRP £25 per person.
• Up to 14 free places per year on a full-day training course of your choosing. 
• Independent accreditation of your menus and dishes. 
• Free listing of menus online. 
• 150 word description of each site on VfL website.

When signing up to Premium Membership, you agree to make the following declaration:

As a Premium Accredited Member, my establishment further commits to providing three vegetarian menu options at all times, of which two are, or can be made suitable for vegans.

We are happy to support homes on sign-up with their menus to ensure they can meet this requirement of Premium Membership.

If this is something you feel you can't meet currently, choose the standard, free listing on our UK List as mentioned above.

• To qualify for the discount we need the required paperwork by 31 January. This consists of the completed online form, a copy of your menu displaying vegetarian and vegan options only, and in line with the above declaration, and a description of your homes for our website.
