We have two talks that demonstrate how easy it can be to cook simple meals that balance your nutritional needs. At 4.00pm on Saturday, Amanda Woodvine discusses real-life vegan meals from a nutritionist’s perspective, and asks whether ready meals and takeaways can be enjoyed as part of a healthy balanced diet. At 3.00pm on Sunday, Maggie Lister will introduce you to an array of tasty creative meals that are simple to produce and are guaranteed to please even those who hate cooking!
