The quick and easy recipes in this section are taken from our guide, Cooking on a Budget, launched in May 2013. Most lend themselves to bulk cooking and freezing. For simplicity, most of the recipes listed will serve two people. Therefore you might like to freeze half if alone, or double the quantities to freeze if there are two of you.
