Job description
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail orientated individual with experience in administrative support/customer service, ideally in a charity setting.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in older people, and be confident in dealing with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders, including supporters, partners, and service users. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including diplomacy; problem-solving skills; and substantial experience in the use of IT systems, for example word processing, spreadsheets, databases (MS Access), internet, website maintenance and Excel.
This role is primarily based at our office in Fallowfield, Manchester.
